Before you proceed

Know when the relationship changes.

01 · Read the draft
This page records no acceptance, creates no booking, and does not activate coordination.
02 · Send an enquiry
An assessment or call request opens an administrative conversation only. It is not a purchase or hospital acceptance.
03 · Review before paying
Do not proceed until the purchase-specific record states the scope, fee, inclusions, payment timing, and cancellation or refund terms.

Reading this draft

What the coordination relationship covers.

Read this website draft together with the signed service scope for a purchase. Where they differ, the signed scope defines the specific work, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and included support.
01

About these terms

These terms are an operational draft for the MediBridge website and administrative coordination service. The final contracting entity details, governing law, dispute process, and jurisdiction-specific consumer rights require legal review before launch.

02

Administrative coordination only

MediBridge is not a medical institution and does not provide diagnosis, prescription, clinical advice, emergency care, or a treatment recommendation. Hospitals and their licensed physicians decide whether to accept a case and make every clinical decision independently.

03

Service scope and fees

A package or engagement document states the coordination work, fee, included support, and payment schedule that apply to a purchase. Hospital, travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, and other third-party charges are separate unless the signed scope explicitly says otherwise. Reference prices on the site are not quotes.

04

Your responsibilities

  • provide accurate, complete, and current information and records;
  • follow the treating hospital's instructions and seek clinical advice from physicians;
  • check passport, visa, insurance, and travel requirements; and
  • pay agreed charges and tell us promptly when plans or contact details change.
05

Changes, cancellation, and refunds

Appointment availability and third-party arrangements can change. The signed service scope controls cancellation, rescheduling, credit, and refund rights for a purchase. The launch terms must be aligned with consumer law and the final package agreements before activation.

06

No outcome guarantee and liability

MediBridge does not guarantee appointment acceptance, visa approval, treatment suitability, clinical outcome, recovery time, or savings. Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by the law governing the final agreement; nothing in these draft terms excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
